Methods based on ontologies for information resources processing

In the paper an important scientific and practical problem of building intelligent decision support systems (IDSS) which knowledge base core is an ontology has been solved. Classification of those systems according to its functioning has been done. For each class appropriate mathematical software has been developed. IDSS models which functioning is based on the ontology had been investigated. The concept of adaptive ontology has been introduced. The model of adaptive ontology is considered as development of the classic model by adding importance weights of the concepts and relations that are stored in the ontology. Entering such scalar values (importance weights) allows adopting the ontology to the specific subject area and tasks, which are solved in the IDSS by configuring the entered weights. Further those weights are used to build metrics for search IDSS solutions. Tasks of machine learning of upper ontology and its optimization had been investigated. Recursive method of the automatic development of ontology has been developed.

Вступ: 

The process of automated development of base ontology is considered. It has been offered to consider the concepts and elements of ontologies for increasing the effectiveness of knowledge bases, the core of which is the ontology. Methods of specifying the weights of the relevant elements and optimization the structure of knowledge base of ontologies has been elaborated. It has been offered to evaluate the quality of the ontologies based on ISO 9126. The basic idea is that new knowledge is a refinement of the plan (i.e. optimal strategy) of an intelligent agent (IA) behavior. Such plan forms a skeleton of agent`s knowledge base (its ontology), implemented using some formal language (PDDL, HTN, SWRL, OWL etc). This work describes approach to the decision support intelligent systems development based on ontologies as part of such systems knowledge bases. Such systems are classified in terms of their functioning based on ontologies. Mathematical functioning of decision support intelligent systems is developed, which is based on ontologies. The term adaptive ontology is introduced to denote that. The adaptive ontology model is defined as classic model development by adding weights of importance of concepts and relations, stored in ontology.

Rapid development of the Internet contributes to increasing needs in receiving operative data of productive and strategic nature and implementation of new forms of information service. Documented information prepared in accordance with user needs is an information product or commercial content and main object of e-commerce processes. The issue of design, development, implementation and maintenance of e-commerce content is relevant in view of factors such as lack of theoretical foundation of standardized methods and the need for unification of software processing of information resources. Practical factor of processing of information resources in electronic content commerce systems (ECCS) is related to solving problems with increase in content amount on the Internet, active development of e-business, rapidly spreading Internet accessibility, extension set of information products and services, increasing demand for commercial content. Principles and technologies of electronic content commerce are used in creating online stores, systems for on-line and offline sale of content, cloud storage and cloud computing. The world's leading manufacturers of informational resources processing tools such as Apple, Google, Intel, Microsoft, Amazon are working in this direction. The aim was to develop methods and software of processing information resources to improve the efficiency of e-commerce content systems due to increased sales of commercial content. Work is devoted to the development of standardized methods and software of processing of information resources of e-commerce content systems. In this work an actual scientific problem of development and research in methods and means of information resources processing ECCS was solved with use of designed classification, mathematical providing and software and generalized ECCS architecture. ECCS classification was researched and improved on the basis of analyzing and evaluating of such systems. It made possible to determine, detail and justify choice of their functional possibilities for commercial content lifecycle designing. The task of developing methods and software formation, management and maintenance of information products resolved with a theoretically grounded concept by automating information resources processing in ECCS to increase content selling for constant user, by involvement of potential users and expanding the boundaries of the target audience. In the given work is functional logistic model of commercial content processing as the content life cycle stage in electronic commerce systems proposed. The model of commercial content processing describes the information resources forming in electronic content commerce systems and automation technology simplifies the commercial content management. In the given work the main problems of electronic content commerce and functional services of commercial content processing are analyzed. The proposed model gives an opportunity to create an instrument of information resources processing in electronic commerce systems and to implement the subsystem of commercial content formation, management and support. The work is dedicated to the development of unified methods and software tools for processing information resources in the electronic content commerce systems. A new detailed classification of electronic commerce systems and electronic content commerce systems is proposed. A formal model and generalized typical architecture of electronic content commerce systems are declared. Architecture and models of electronic content commerce systems are built.

The work analyzes and summarizes the tools, information technologies and software of basic task analysis in electronic content-commerce systems. The functional scheme of electronic content-commerce systems are developing, using the module of information resources processing. The paper provides detailed descriptions of modular architecture elements, of the electronic content-commerce systems functioning, their objectives and principles of implementation. The work also explores the major functional elements of the system and presents the electronic content-commerce systems scheme of the most significant echanisms.In the paper are analyzed sequence methods and models of information resource processing in electronic content-commerce systems. It also allocates the basic laws of the transition from commercial content formation to its implementation. Created formal model of electronic content-commerce systems allows to implement phases of the commercial content life cycle. For this purpose is developed a formal model of information resources processing in electronic content-commerce systems, allowing us to create a generalized typical architecture of electronic content-commerce systems. The paper shows generalized typical architecture of electronic content-commerce systems, which helped implement the processes of commercial content formation, management and realization.

Instrumental means, information technologies and software for constructing such systems have been analyzed and summarized in the work based on the analysis of the basic tasks of electronic content commerce system (ECCS). ECCS functional diagram with information resources processing subsystems has been developed. The overall architecture, objectives and principles of ECCS realization were described in details. The functional elements of the system were described according to GOST 24.204.80, GOST 24.201-79, GOST 19.201-78, GOST 34.602-89, IEEE Std 1233, 1998 Edition, IEEE Std 830-1998. Software creation tools as well as management and maintenance of content were developed. The software realizations of developed ECCSs with information resources processing subsystems to set up e-commerce in online newsworks and journals were presented. Some of principal problems of electronic content commerce and functional services of content processing are analyzed in the work. Proposed method gives an opportunity to form resources processing tools for electronic commerce systems so as implement subsystems for content formation, management and support.
