The goals of  "Information Systems and Technologies" program are to provide in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are sufficient for the successful performance of professional duties and scientific approaches in the specialty 126 "Information Systems and Technologies"; in the formation of the general principles of the methodology of scientific and professional activities, as well as the relevant competencies sufficient for the effective implementation of scientific, industrial, managerial tasks with innovative nature for further successful employment of specialists in the field of information technologies.

The uniqueness of the educational and scientific program is that it is aimed at training professionals who are able to manage projects for the implementation of information systems, are able to perform strategic analysis and planning of information systems, manage risks in the development and implementation of information systems, are able to design information systems and relationships that occur in the enterprise.
