Educational and professional program "Computer Linguistic Technologies" (Master)

Developed by two departments of Lviv Polytechnic (Department of Applied Linguistics and Department of Information Systems and Networks) educational and professional program "Computer Linguistic Technologies" combines two basic components, namely - computer information technologies and linguistic technologies, which basically belong to profiles of specialties in the fields of "Information Technology" and "Humanities".

The basic innovative concept of the educational and professional program proposed for implementation in Lviv Polytechnic is based on systematic combination of "computer" and "linguistic" aspects of modern information technologies and complexes. Nowadays there are no master's degree programs in Ukraine that would systematically combine these profiles. The experience of leading foreign universities confirms the thesis on the need to train specialists in the proposed profile of the educational and professional program "Computer Linguistic Technologies".
